TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any canceled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time.
