Service Description

This hair treatment is to chemically straighten to relax the natural curl pattern, whether the texture is wavy, curly, or coily. Unlike natural hair that can revert to its curly state after a silk press, relaxed hair is always straight and typically still blown out and straightened for a smooth, straight finish. Your hair will be examined before the treatment. You can choose what type of product you want to use. The price doesn't include the product. You can bring your own products. If you decide to use our products, it will increase the price. The relaxer makes it easy to manipulate. However, it is advisable to have the deep treatment or bond building done every 5-6 weeks at the salon because the hair has been a chemical process to break down hair strands. We will examine the hair shaft to decide what treatment is suitable after you book. We will examine the state of your hair and decide if the treatment you booked is what you need. We will make a recommendation for another, which will benefit your hair. Terms AND CONDITIONS Cancellation Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. The notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any cancelled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time. It is important to note that a cancelled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. No Refund Policy: Should a client fail to provide the required 5 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe. 3. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate your changing schedule and ensure you receive the exceptional service you deserve.
