Service Description
Please note that the price indicated is a starting price, and it may increase if your hair is thicker and longer. To make sure your booking goes smoothly, please remember the following: • Bring cash with you to clear the balance in case the card machine is out of service • Do not bring guests (including children) with you to the salon. We do not have a waiting area • Styling is not included. If you want us to style, you can book one of our bundles, using the following link: www.belsbeautycomplex.com/bundles • Please be diligent with your time! We charge a £20 late fee for each 15 minutes of lateness. After 30 minutes, your appointment will unfortunately need to be rescheduled. We respect your time and start your appointment on time, so please also respect our time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any cancelled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time. It is important to note that a cancelled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client. Refund Should a client fail to provide the required 5 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate your changing schedule and ensure you receive the exceptional service you deserve.
