Service Description

To make sure your booking goes smoothly, please remember the following: • Bring cash with you to clear the balance in case the card machine is out of service • Hair extensions are not included in the price but may be provided upon request. If you will be bringing your hair extensions, please ensure they are washed and ready to install. If you would like us to wash them for you at an additional cost please leave a note on your booking • Please have your hair straightened ready for us to install - If you need us to install there will be an additional cost (£10-£15 depending on length and texture) • Do not bring guests (including children) with you to the salon, we do not have a waiting area • Please be diligent with your time! We charge a £20 late fee for each 15 minutes of lateness, after 30 minutes your appointment will unfortunately need to be rescheduled. We respect your time and start your appointment on time so please also respect our time

Cancellation Policy

Only cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be entitled to a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the booking slot will not be entitled to a refund.
