Women's Hair Transformation Unit
Service Description
This consultation will include an assessment of your scalp, to determine which hair type will be suitable for you and pricing. This will be charged as £25 refundable deposit, to be deducted from the treatment price if you proceed. The £25 will not be refunded if you do not proceed. To give you an idea, hair transformation unit including extensions starts at £350. When you revisit us, the hair can be reused and therefore it will just be a cost to remove, wash and reinstall. To make sure your booking goes smoothly, please remember the following: • Do not bring guests (including children) with you to the salon, we do not have a waiting area • Do not expect the hair to be installed on the same day as we need to customise the unit for you. We do have some units in stock but in many cases a custom unit needs to be ordered or we may be seeing other customers • Please be diligent with your time! We charge a £20 late fee for each 15 minutes of lateness, after 30 minutes your appointment will unfortunately need to be rescheduled. We respect your time and start your appointment on time so please also respect our time
Cancellation Policy
Only cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be entitled to a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the booking slot will not be entitled to a refund.
