Meet Belinda
Bel’s Beauty Complex came into existence in April 2014 as a Hair Salon. It symbolises a manifestation of the childhood dream of the proprietor, Mrs Belinda Asafo-Agyei.
Mrs Belinda Akosua Asafo-Agyei is a certified and qualified hairdresser of 20 years standing who first trained in Ghana. She set herself up in business and has since added superfluously to her ever-growing hairdressing qualifications. She is also a worship leader and gospel singer at Northolt Grange Baptist church.
Belinda is also now a fully qualified as a Trichologist through TrichoCare Education and is a member of the ART (Association of Registered Trichologists). She is concerned with hair loss problems, cosmetic trauma to the hair, and scalp conditions such as seborrhoeic dermatitis (and more). Belinda maintains a holistic approach to both the diagnosis and treatment recommendations she makes for you.
Belinda has expressed a significant love for the patterns and colours of the Ghanaian Culture and has thus decided to showcase this in her African Cultural Show whilst al so supporting the Sickle Cell Society in the UK. After the show's massive success with even the Mayor of Hillingdon attending, Belinda decided to provide a space where amazing African wear could be showcased 24 hours, 7 days a week.
She is a mother of three daughters and is very sensitive to the needs of children, including their hairstyle and presentation.
