Service Description

Relaxed hair is chemically straightened to relax the natural curl pattern, whether the texture is wavy, curly, or coily. Unlike natural hair that can revert to its curly state after a silk press, relaxed hair is always straight and typically still blown out and straightened for a smooth, straight finish. The relaxer makes it easy to manipulate, however, it is advisable to have the deep treatment done every 5-6 weeks at the salon because the hair has been chemical process to break down hair strands. We will examine the hair shaft to decide what treatment is suitable after you book.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. No Refund Policy: Should a client fail to provide the required 5 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe. 3. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate your changing schedule and ensure you receive the exceptional service you deserve.
